We are a small, friendly, family Church who seek to worship God, encourage one another and be a positive part of our community …
Normally, Paddock Wood Baptist Church meets regularly on Sunday Evenings at 7pm at the Wallis Room at St. Andrews Church in Paddock Wood and throughout the week in smaller groups online. You are most welcome to join us- simply connect through our Facebook page here or by clicking the Facebook badge to the right of the screen
Over the recent lockdown we uploaded a small thought each week….
Now more than ever we are still striving to be passionate followers of Jesus, trying to learn and experience what life should be like when we allow God’s love, grace & power to radically affect us. PWBC has been meeting for around 23 years now. In that time we have experienced many different seasons but God has been good throughout. It’s great being a fairly small church and the freedom it allows. We have no fancy mission statements or slogans, and believe that showing our values of inclusivity and support are far more important. Being a small fellowship we understand the value of churches working together in our community to bring something truly positive, practical and therefore useful. Why not come and explore disorganised church!
We’d love to get to know you!
we meet in the side hall to the left of the main entrance through the green gate.
We have no fancy mission statement, but we do have this:
Go out and train everyone you meet, far and near, in this way of life, marking them by baptism in the threefold name: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Then instruct them in the practice of all I have commanded you. (Matt 28:18-19)
A new command: Love one another. In the same way I loved you, you love one another. This is how everyone will recognise that you are my disciples—when they see the love you have for each other. (John 13:34-35)
